This is dependent on your willingness to follow the protocols and show up for yourself. I can't force you to do the workouts, follow the nutrition guidance, or go to sleep on time. Ideally, this program is ran from 9-12 months to see the full transformation the system has to offer. This is just the average for most clients I see, but you'll likely see good results after the first phase (3 months). Individual results will vary as with any fitness program.

Yes, the Trident Method can (technically) be performed at home if you have a well equipped at-home gym setup. It is recommended to be performed in a gym to get the most out of the program.
